Barbara Kessler of Gilbert, AZ passed away April 30,2026 Born on May 15, 1944. She was 81 years old.
She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Lena VanDerKrake. In addition to her mother and father; she was also preceded in death by her sisters Joanne and Beverly, brother Peter. She is also preceded in death by her husband Ronald John Procaccio.
Barbara was a loving mother, mother in law, grandmother, sister, and aunt. We and her family will miss her greatly.
Barbara spent her working career as a waitress in New Jersey.
She is survived by three daughters Darlene Sam of Richmond, VA, Jodi Procaccio of Richmond, VA, Brenda Lee McCracken, her husband Harry McAfee McCracken, and their son Anthony Ronald McCracken of Gilbert, Az. Grandson’s John Sam of Peoria ,Az; Kyle Sam of Honolulu, HI.
A private service will be held in Mahwah, NJ on July 6, 2026. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced in Gilbert, AZ.
