Frank Duane Tubbs

Frank Duane Tubbs, known by many as Franko, passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 33 in Mesa Arizona. He passed peacefully after many farewells from family and friends who will continue to honor the legacy of a life well lived.

Frank is preceded in death by his father Bobby Tubbs. He will be missed dearly by his mother Kathy Mennetti, his wife Holly Tubbs, sister Megan Cummings, brothers Wayne Mennetti and Mike Tubbs, his beloved children, and many of his dearest family members and closest friends.

Franks started his journey in life in Portsmouth Virginia, where he was born on November 6, 1989, to Bobby Tubbs and Kathy Mennetti. Throughout his younger years, he was known to keep his parents and everyone else on their toes. Everyone who knew Frank would tell you that if Frank was around there was never a dull moment. Frank had a wonderful childhood with a group of close friends, who he worked on cars with and that love of mechanics set that path for Frank’s career late in life as a Diesel Mechanic.  Later in life, he married his wife Holly and welcomed a son who he raised along with his stepdaughters until his passing.

Frank was a kind and caring individual who was always willing to lend a helping hand and bring a friend in need home to mom when someone was down on their luck. He will be remembered as a genuine human being who was loved by many, for his Frankisms, witty personality, and his ability to fix a car problem when others couldn’t. He will be missed by his family and many friends and will never be forgotten.
