Isaac was born on January 29, 1979, in Stockton, CA to Charles and Lisa Groves Elam. Isaac loved life and exploring. He accomplished traveling to all but one of the 50 continental states. He loved to make people laugh and smile with tall tales of his adventures. Isaac was an inventor and scholar of all things science. He will be missed deeply and in our hearts forever. He is survived by his mother, two brothers Josh (Nalissa) Elam, Abe (Kylei) Elam, grandmother Betty Itano six nieces Kaley, Jordyn, MaKenna, Macey, Pearl, Koraline and two nephews Micah, Marcus. Isaac was preceded in death by his father Charles Elam, grandfather Marcus Itano.
