Jeanette enjoyed walking, motorcycling, being in her beauty shop, and spending time with friends, family, and grandchildren most of all. She was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed. Jeanette loved to be with people and her smile brought joy to everyone she knew and met. Her extended vacation with Bob in Arizona was an event they looked forward to every year.
Jeanette is survived by her husband Bob, daughter Jackie (Brian) Phillips, son Kevin, and three grandchildren Alex, Lyndie (Zach), and Ellie. She also leaves behind 3 Winkler brothers: Jim, Kenny, and Lenny (Lori), and 4 sisters: Cindy (Phil) Baker, Wendy (Mark) Wandrey, Virginia Rasmussen, Patty (Mike) Heuton. Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Wilma Winkler, and her brother Bill.
Jeanette will be cremated in Arizona and will continue her journey with Bob back to Iowa later in March.

Oh Jeanette, you were such a dear friend. You got me through some of the toughest days. Bob, Jackie, and Kevin, my heart breaks for you. She leaves a huge hole. I hope you can take comfort in memories of her laughter and her sweet heart. I think of her daily.
