June Elizabeth Koss

June Elizabeth Koss (maiden name Richmond), age 79, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2014. Beloved wife of William Koss. Loving mother of Gregory, Pamela and William. She is survived by her husband of fifty eight years, three children, four grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew her. She was born in Lyons, New York in 1935, married her husband, William, in 1956 and lived the first nine years of their marriage in Liverpool, NY. Moving to Boston, in 1964, would be the first of eight moves over thirty-six years with stops in Sierra Vista, AZ, Sudbury, MA, Dayton, OH, Marion, MA and Tucson, AZ. Her passion was her family, baking, gardening, reading mystery novels and the mountains that she fell in love with when she first moved to the Arizona desert in 1978. In between her passions and her family, she found time to be an Executive Secretary and finished her working career in the Admissions Office of Concord Academy. She was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by her children and grandchildren.
