Larson, Carol Lynn

Carol Lynn Larson, 56, of Mesa, AZ, returned home to her Heavenly Father on July 26, 2015. Carol was born on January 12, 1959, to Dale and Mary “Lolly” Cooper, and was the only sister to Spence (Pat), Charles (Sandy), and Steve Cooper. Carol was loved and adored by all who knew her, and was the definition of generosity and good will. Her big heart, warm smile, quick wit, and gregarious nature will be greatly missed. A member of the LDS church, Carol was a homemaker who served as the compassionate service leader for her ward for much of her adult life, and was the proud owner and establisher of Carol’s Fresh Fruits. She loved cooking and baking, music, camping, feeding the masses, and most of all she loved her family. Carol peacefully rejoined her parents and youngest brother Steve. She is survived by her loving and loyal husband of 27 years, Jeff, children Chad, Lindsey DiGilio (David), Jeffrey, Brian, Steven, and 8 grandchildren. She also had many nieces and nephews, as well as her “adopted” kids. Memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the LDS chapel, 422 E University Dr., Mesa, AZ. The family humbly requests, in lieu of flowers, for donations be made to help cover expenses.
