Marie Elizabeth Gibbens

Marie Elizabeth Gibbens (Caracci), 54 died on April 29,2022. She was born in ParkRidge, IL on September 24, 1967.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis on Computer Technology from National American University. She made her home of 16 years in Gilbert, Arizona with her loving husband Jerry Donald of 22 years. She is survived by her husband, Stepdaughter Jessicca Yount and her husband Joshua, her grandchildren Ryleigh, Nathan, Jayce and Hailey, her sister Annette and her husband Bill, nephew Timothy. Also survived by her husband’s side of the family, his sister Dianne Johnson and her two kids Alyssa and Taryn, sister-in-law Jeannette and her husband Dan, their children Christopher and Dennis, Sister-in-Law Jennifer Gibbens, her children Jacob, Brandi and Clerrissa. She is Preceded in death by her parents John and Patricia Caracci, her sister Chris, her fur-babies Sunshine, Bo, and Belle.

 

After she and her husband moved to Arizona, she started a job at Toyota. Her friends and family will truly miss her. Her passion was cooking. She will always be remembered for authentic Italian cooking and her Friendsgiving celebration. One of her favorite characters from the Peanuts was Snoopy. Marie was a huge Chicago Cubs baseball fan. She will always be walking beside us every day unseen, unheard, but still always near and loved. We will always cherish the beauty that lived within Marie and how she reflected it toward “Us” the ones she loved. God bless her soul that truly does live on.
