| Marie Dolores(Graci) Drown came to the end of her journey on Sept.10, 2020 at the age of 78 in her home with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband Michael Drown, her three children, Jeff Cudd, Jenny Drown Ross (Robert), Cindy Drown Tela (Carl), her grandchildren Mason, Morgan, Camron, Maddison and Cassidy Cudd, Laci Ross, Allison and Amy Tela, her great grandson Alexander Cudd, along with her brother and his wife, nieces, nephews, and other family members Marie was known to family and friends as De and grandma to all the kids in the neighborhood. She was born in Manhattan, a place she could relate too and spoke of often. As a young adult she moved to Northern California and raised a family while experiencing all the adventures the West coast has to offer. Then finally retiring to Arizona 18 years ago. She loved to give. It could be a craft she made for a friend or family member, or baking her famous homemade lasagna for the local fire department, or giving her Grand kids?? Well whatever they wanted… She also loved to laugh and make others laugh. Most times we laughed at her, but she didn’t care. She soaked up the fun even at her own expense. De loved to cook and entertain company. She was always the life of the party much to the dismay of her children, hence laughing at her. Our mom was loyal and generous to a fault. Street smart and tough but wore her heart on her sleeve. But De was most famously known for being OUR mom and a wife to our Dad. She is already and will always be forever missed and in our hearts… See you on the other side Mom. We love you like no other… Sorry Dad |
