| Mesa, AZ – Patricia Ann (Pellow) Carlson, age 75 of Mesa, AZ, passed away on January 21, 2021 at Banner Baywood Hospital in Mesa Arizona.
Patricia was born June 6, 1945 in Ishpeming, MI to Leonard and Bertha (Hahka) Pellow, graduated from Negaunee High School, Class of 1963 and was an area resident for most of her life. In 1965 she married David “Piggy” Carlson in Negaunee where they resided until they retired and moved to Apache Junction, AZ in 1995. While living in the UP, Patricia worked for many years as the choir director at Immanuel Lutheran Church. She also worked at Norlite Nursing Center as a CNA and then transitioned into the Activities Director eventually transferring to Eastwood when they opened. Surviving are her two children: Denise Carlson of Mesa, Tracy (Anthony) Cook of Mesa: her grand-daughter Lauren Cook of Mesa: One sister: Leona Orr of Suomi Location: brother-in-law Albert (Marie) Carlson of National Mine: sister-in-law Carol (CJ) Loftus of Gilbert Arizona: several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David in 2010, sisters Irene Kunick and Mary Grawn, and an infant brother Leonard Jr. |
