Ruben Lopez “WEDO” was born on November 1, 1954 and passed away on August 17, 2021 at his home surrounded by the ones he loved. Surviving Ruben is his daughter Beatrice Catina Lopez, His grandsons Emilio Marquez, Manuel Torres(Chasidee) and granddaughter Esperanza Mason(Justin), his great grandchildren and his Brothers Johnny Lopez and Davey Lopez and Sisters Elizabeth Martinez and Shirley Lopez. He is preceded in death by his parents JD Lopez, Cleo Romero; his brother Ronald Lopez. Ruben loved spending his time with his grandkids and great grandkids and his daughter, and we all know he was a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan, and he loved his bud light. Although we are all saddened with his passing, we were blessed to have him by our side throughout the years everybody that knew him loved him and he loved everyone that he knew unconditionally. He was the first one to a family party and the last one to leave, and he was the best dad and grandpa anyone could have ever asked for. The family would like to thank all the family and friends for their prayers and support during this difficult time. There will be a private family viewing (for immediate family only) at A Wise Choice on Friday 08/20/2021 at 3:00 pm. Services will be announced at a later date.
