Obituary

Brian Scott Christian, age 59, passed peacefully at home on May 3rd after fighting a courageous fight against cancer. He was born in Anderson, Indiana, on November 7th, 1964. He moved to Arizona during elementary school and later graduated from Marcos de Niza High School in Tempe. He was a 20 year veteran of the United States Coast Guard and an employee of the State of Arizona, Department of Public Safety. He was extremely proud of his service and lived a life of honor and faith, serving God, Country, and Family. He loved spending time with his wife whom he considered his true soulmate. He loved his fur babies, Izzy, Remington, Savannah, Zoey, and Nakota. He also loved riding his Harley, Pearl, and dreamed of future rides.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Preece, step daughter Victoria Franks (Steven Seaton), step grandson Brody Schneelock, mother-in-law Brenda Preece Catron (Floyd Catron), brother-in-law Tim Preece (Mary Jane Preece), nephews-in-law Jack and Owen Preece, niece-in-law Fiona Preece, brother Kent Christian (Arian Christian), nephews Malachi and Dakota Christian, niece Jordan Christian, great nieces Andie and Leti, step mother Georgia Goodwine Christian, step brother Isom Goodwine (Mari Goodwine), step sister Angel Batts, step brother Bill Gude, step sisters, Alison Gude, Jennifer Hurlburt, Colleen Fallon, and Karen Hardiman and numerous cousins.

Preceded in death by his father Zeb Christian Jr., mother Juanita Marie Christian Gude, grandparents Zeb Christian Sr and Anne Bell Christian, step sister Precious Goodwine, and father-in-law Ronald Preece.

Brian will be cremated with no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date.
