Mary Jane Goodman

Mary Jane Goodman, 65, of Apache Junction, Arizona passed away peacefully in her home on February 13, 2015 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Garry; sons Reed (Kim) and Lorin (Esther); two grandsons, Ethan and Aaron; and her brother, Jim (Dorie) Hone.

She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in elementary education. She worked for Mesa Public Schools for 27 years.

Mary Jane was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in various capacities within the Primary, Young Women, and Relief Society organizations. She will be remembered for her kindness toward others, her willingness to serve, and positive attitude.

The viewing will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 11 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 12 noon at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, 1570 County Rd. 3140, Vernon, Arizona. 85940.
