Horn, Patricia Ann

Patricia Ann Horn, a genuinely loving and generous lady, lost a strong and brave fight with cancer on February 23, 2016.

A proud Arizonan since 1978, Pat is survived by her loving husband, William Horn, and her sons, Randall (Helen) of Michigan, Erick (Stacy) of Indiana, Mark (Mark) of Oregon and Christopher (Jennifer) of Arizona along with loved and adored grandchildren. She also leaves her sisters, Sarah (Donald) of Iowa, Mary of Texas, Vicky (Tom) of Arizona and numerous other loved family members.

Pat forged lasting friendships through professional careers at Continental Bank Arizona and the City of Chandler. Her true passion was ladies barbershop singing.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at A Wise Choice Desert View Chapel, 9702 East Apache Trail, Mesa, Arizona.

Hospice of the Valley (Mesa) was a great blessing to Patricia and the family.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice of the Valley in Patricia’s name: http://www.hov.org/donate.

I’m sorry for your loss, as someone who lost my Mother to Cancer, I can completely empathize. My thoughts are with you all as you go through this difficult time. May your family come together and find strength in each other and in your friends, and have many years of happiness.

while we briefly met only a few time, you were such an integral part of marks life that it seemed you were always much nearer than arizona… being all fancy on Facebook, on the other end of that phone on saturdays, and together with the marks so very often despite distance. i have told my two sons that all my dreams will come true if they grew up to be a son like mark has been to you. i will miss leaning over my railing to chat with you rocking and reading on the marks’ sunny porch. all our love to your family and loved ones.
