Irene Phelps, of Mesa Arizona, passed away on June 1, 2009 at the age of 58. She was born on May 3, 1951 in Los Angeles California. She is preceded in death by her mother Hortensia. Irene will be missed by her children: Sara & Richard and Holly & Danny; grandchildren: Wyatt, Troy, Allison and Makayla; father Arturo; siblings: Arturo, Edward, Ester and families. Services will be private.
