James Craig Stimson

James Craig Stimson, aka Jim, born March 26th 1953 in Flint Michigan, went to be with the Lord on December 25th 2019 in his home in Mesa Arizona. Jim was a good husband to Linda for over 20 years. He was an awesome father to Crystal Maneval, Jaime Morales and Ray Larson. He loved spending time with his 3 granddaughters, Ashleigh, Monique and Victoria. He had a loving sister Kathy Greer.  He was a man of many talents, of which he had the profession of a skilled finished carpenter. Jim was a very honest and an upstanding man. Jim enjoyed playing the guitar,  wood working and enriching his faith in the Lord. Jim was very proud of his involvement in AA program for over 30 years , where he met many life long friends. Jim’s sense of humor was like no other, he loved playing jokes on friends and relatives. He became quite a cat lover and loved his 3 cats and they sat around him while he watched his favorite, YouTube. He will be truly missed.

Services to be held at 3300 E. Broadway Rd in Mesa AZ on January 11th at 11am.

Jim was a wonderful man and a great husband to the love of his life Linda. They loved and cared for each other through thick and thin, good times and bad. He often spoke of his love for her and their life together. He was a dear friend to many of us and he will be greatly missed. He can rest in peace knowing that all of his friends will rally around Linda and take good care of her. Until we see you again friend may you rest in peace.
