Obituary

Jeanne Marie Eagan, 69, passed away on March 5th,2024 in Tempe, Arizona. She was born in Hornell, New York to Eugene E. Isaman and Eleanor L. Kean Isaman. She was the second youngest of the family with older sister Cheryl, older brother Steve, and younger brother Mark. During her childhood she lived in many places as her father was in the Air Force including England, Georgia, Tennessee and Okinawa and finally settling in Chandler, Arizona. She graduated from Chandler High School in 1972. Jeanne was an extremely accomplished student and briefly modeled during her high school years.
Shortly after graduating from Chandler High School Jeanne married her husband Cash T. Eagan who she was married to for 35 years until he passed in June of 2009. Jeanne and Cash had three children in their marriage: Cash, Kevin and Michelle. During her children’s early years Jeanne was a stay at home mother. She ensured that they were well cared for, did well in school and got them to and from their various academic and sporting functions. As her children got older Jeanne entered the workforce. Ultimately starting a career with Bashas. Jeanne had a 20-year career with Bashas initially working in the Deli Department and ultimately becoming a Deli Manager. She eventually transitioned into the role of a book keeper finishing her career at the store in Maricopa, Arizona.
Jeanne loved spending time with her family with her children and grandchildren. Jeanne was an avid reader throughout her life. Additionally, her and her husband Cash loved spending time fishing on the Mogollon Rim at Woods Canyon Lake and spending time on the beach in Rocky Point, Mexico. They had many stories of their adventures in both locations that led to many a laugh!
Jeanne was preceded in Death by her parents Eugene and Eleanor Isaman, her husband Cash Eagan, her brother Steve Isaman, and granddaughter Payton. She is survived and missed by her sister Cheryl Gaza (Rolando), brother Mark Isaman (Susan), son Cash E. Eagan (Becky), son Kevin Eagan (Renae), daughter Michelle Eagan, grandchildren Baylee, Brenden, Makena, and Ella and great grandchildren River and Beckham as well as several nephews a niece and great nephews and nieces.
The family will have celebration of life on May 15th, 2024.
