Obituary
Kenneth Paul Henderson, (75), was called home to Jesus on July 31, 2024.
Born and raised in Casa Grande by his parents, Kenneth and Vi Henderson,
he went through local schools and graduated from Casa Grande Union
High School in 1967.
Being an avid sports enthusiast, he played on various
teams including the position of catcher in Little League as his Dad did before
him as a catcher for a semi-pro ball team known as the “Casa Grande Cotton Kings.” His dad chose to live some distance from town during Ken’s childhood because he loved horses.
As a result, Ken was involved in 4-H and Junior Rodeo where he earned many awards in the barrel racing competition. He also sang and danced by performing in various high school productions. He attended Grand Canyon College (now University), which affirmed his Christian faith. Throughout his college years, he would often speak in church pulpits spreading the Gospel which was the foundation of his faith. Subsequently, Ken served as Vice President of Sales for Uni-Lab Industrial Chemical Group and then decided to establish his own business, Falcon Laboratories. Later, he became President and owner of Central Fleet, Inc., which was a national auto wholesaler to dealerships culminating a 30-year career in sales and management.
Ken is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha; parents, Ken and Vi Henderson; and sister, Brenda Shirley Hejduk. Survivors include his sister, Mischelle Townsend;
brothers-in-law, Larry Townsend and David Lopez; nephews, Major General Eric Shirley, Shane Zimmerman, Derek and Kenny Hejduk. No matter what life circumstances occurred,
Ken’s response was: “It’s all good.” Well, Brother, now it is all good because heaven is a little brighter having welcomed you. Your warm smile, sense of humor and love for others will be truly missed by your family and friends.
