Obituary

Ralph Jay Huit, 75, of Apache Junction, Arizona passed away at his home on June 20, 2019 at 10:02pm. He was born on August 16, 1943 in Sacramento, California to Ralph Jacob and Jane Catherine Huit.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 48 years, Marilyn; sons, Derek (Edie) Huit and Jeff Huit of Anchorage, Alaska; daughters, Cathy (Ron) Webber of Boynton Beach, Florida and Patty (David) Bunnell of Lost Creek, West Virginia; stepson, Kevin McKinnis of Lubbock, Texas; step-granddaughter, Reilly McKinnis of Nevada; granddaughters, Joscelyn Faith, Jennifer Love, and Jasmine Hope Huit of Anchorage, AK; grandsons, Samson Bunnell of Lost Creek, WV and Alaisdair, Gordon, and Ronnie Webber of Boynton Beach, FL; one great-grandson (born on June 15, 2019) Colson Lee Bunnell of WV; his mother, Jane Catherine Huit of Sacramento, CA; three sisters, Lorraine (Marty) Ripley of Sacramento, CA, Leann (Richard) Pylkowski of Farmington, Connecticut, and Barbara (John) Glenn of Pelham, Alabama; three brothers, Steve (Kitti) Huit of McMinnville, Oregon, Joe (Marguerite) Huit of Glenns Ferry, Idaho, and Tim Huit of Anchorage, AK. He also leaves behind eleven nephews and five nieces.

Preceding Ralph in death was his father, Ralph Jacob Huit; his sister, Grace Nosek; as well as his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Merle and Helen Freer.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at the Tempe Nazarene Church, 3929 South Rural Road, Tempe, Arizona 85282.
