Debra Lynn Shatwell

Debra Lynn Hoffman-Shatwell passed away suddenly at her home in Mesa, Arizona on August 23, 2017. She was born June 9, 1969 in Tacoma, Washington.

She is survived by her sons, Travis P. Shatwell and Dylan L. Shatwell, both of Mesa, AZ; her mother, Nancy J. Hoffman-Toutloff, and step-father, John (Jack) F. Toutloff, Jr, both of Chandler, AZ; her fiance, Jeff Roach, of Apache Junction, AZ; her brother, Thomas (Susan) J. Hoffman, Jr, of Hopkinsville, KY; her niece, Bree Murphy and her nephew, Andrew Hoffman.

Debra’s father, Thomas J. Hoffman of Mesa, AZ, predeceased her in 2016. She is also predeceased by her brother, Randall Hoffman of Hopkinsville, KY.

Services in Celebration of her Life will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 322 N. Horne St., Mesa, Arizona on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
