Obituary

Terrence Miller Korb passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his wife of 41 years, children and grandchildren on January 4th, 2024.

He was born on May 18th, 1943, in Woodbury, NJ. While working for Motorola, he pursued his dream and became a licensed pilot. Then he helped his dad run AZ Laminating, which he later purchased. He was an excellent businessman and successfully ran AZ Laminating until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Dorothy Korb. He is survived by his wife, Shirley, his sister, Linda Kinsella (Bob), and two brothers, Todd (Donna) and Tim (Kathy), his children Kevin, Karen Newell (Terry), Kristi Sharrer (Phil), Fay Mentzer and Jennifer Avery, and his 14 grandchildren.

He enjoyed corvettes, riding dune buggies and ATVs, playing golf at the Mesa Country Club, watching his grandsons play baseball, going out to eat with family and friends, and playing the card game Golf with his grandkids where he always made them laugh. Also, he and his wife enjoyed traveling, especially in their RV. They have been in all 50 states, England, France, and Germany. He lived by the Golden Rule! He loved to make people laugh and had his wonderful wit to the end. He was a great man to all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

His celebration of life will be held January 27, 2024 at noon. At Mi Amigos, 1264 Gilbert Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204.
