Christopher D. Welsh, Sr., 51, passed away on January 31, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona.  He was born on June 6, 1964 in Batavia, New York.

He is survived by his children, Christopher, Jr., Matthew, Heather, an his grandchildren, Brianna, Xander, Blake, Kadon and Scarlett.
