In Memory of David Manzanares

Born June 27^th, 1953, in Santa Fe New Mexico.

Passed away on October 29^th, 2021, in Apache Junction, Arizona

Graduated from Bisbee high school in Bisbee, Arizona, in 1971, where he was on the basketball, and track team. After high school, he continued being an athlete by participating in the semi pro Basketball league in Mexico. When he moved to Mesa, Arizona, he went on to play for the men’s city league. David also had a long career as a Maintenance Director in two different facilities in the Mesa area.

David is survived by wife:  Debra Manzanares

Children: Linda Dunn, Lori Manzanares, David Manzanares, Jr.

6 grandchildren: Eric Urcadez, Jose Urcadez, Jadyn Mata, Gabriel Manzanares, Marcus Manzanares, Mercedes Mata

3 great grandchildren: Jysell, Jose Jr., Jian

5 sisters Pat Gardoni, Rosalie Martinez, Geraldine MacMcurtie, Elsie Clark, and Velma Rivera along with 12 nieces, 6 nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

David was fun loving, always smiling, and loved his Dallas Cowboys and his music. David will be loved and missed by his friends and family, he always had a funny story to keep everyone smiling and laughing.” We will always carry your memory in our hearts.”
