Larry Duane Marks 73 of Show Low Arizona passed on Tuesday Jan 11,2022. A Military Funeral Honors is planned for Saturday May 7th and his Celebration of Life on Sunday May 8th 2022 in Concho Arizona.
Larry is survived by his wife of 50 years – Kathy (Gliem) Marks, son Daniel and daughter Michele Marks, three grandchildren-Anabele Marks, Tanner Marks and Kolton Marks Rasmussen, a sister Beverly (Marks) Wright, two brothers Charles Marks and Robert Marks.
Larry was preceded in death by his Father , Darrell Marks his Mother Myra (Flint) Marks and his brother David Marks.
Larry was the oldest of 5 children to Darrell and Myra Marks and was born February 14, 1948 in Sioux Falls South Dakota. Larry grew up in Hiawatha Iowa and attended schools in Cedar Rapids Iowa.
Larry married Kathy Gliem on May 8, 1972 in Hiawatha IA , moving to Boulder Colorado then moved to Mesa Arizona. Larry remained active and in Construction all of his life, working part time before he was hospitalized.
Larry was loved and adored by many that are going to miss him terribly as he has left a huge void in our lives as many weren’t able to say goodbye to him.
