   Dear Michael & Family,
   We were shocked and saddened to learn that Lorraine passed on. We are so sorry for your loss. Lorraine was such a kind, loving, thoughtful, generous person. Her smile would light up a room. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. We hope that the fond memories that you have of your beloved will help comfort you during this difficult time. Our thoughts & prayers are with you.
