Obituary

Marcy Craft (Alston), age 47, of Apache Junction, AZ was called home by our Lord on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. She was born in Globe, AZ on September 28, 1977 to Sherman and Barbara Alston. She graduated from Payson High School in 1996 and later got her cosmetology license. She had been working as a Hairdresser for over 18 years.

Marcy loved all her friends and family so much. She was always the life of the party, and she never met a stranger. She could brighten even the darkest of days with her smile and infectious laugh. Her biggest joy of all were her children. Her world revolved around her daughter and two sons.

She loved horseback riding, camping and just nature in general. She loved to play in the snow. Our hearts are broken but we are fortunate to have so many wonderful memories of this beautiful soul.

Marcy is survived by her sons, Logan Alston and Jacob Craft and daughter, Katie Craft along with parents, Barbara & Tom Speranza, Sherman & Cathy Alston; sisters, Michelle Jolliff, Lisa Backus, Tralonie Smith and Christina Redivo.

A memorial service is planned for October 26th at 1:00pm with a reception afterwards at the Club House of 3700 S. Tomahawk Rd in Apache Junction, AZ. Flowers are appreciated or you may consider donating to Marcy’s memorial go fund me page.
