Obituary

Sandra Linnea Krause, 80, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on April 30, 2019 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on July 16, 1938 in Pontiac, Michigan to Chandler Trueman and Agnes Irene (Kalleberg) Krause. Sandra worked for the State of Arizona with Adult Protective Services. She was passionate about her work and helping others. She showed her love and deeply shared this with everyone she was around.

Sandra also loved spending time with her family – whether celebrating holidays or special occasions, going on family trips, or just enjoying the outdoors. She treasured all of her children and built a deep relationship with them and with each of her grandchildren. She always held them and her relationships very close to her heart.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Chandler and Agnes, and two sons, Mitchell Deane and Garry Brent Krugen. She is survived by her brother, Gary Krause; three children, Douglas, Melissa, and Sarah; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, May 31, 2019 at A Wise Choice – Desert View Chapel, 9702 East Apache Trail, Mesa, Arizona 85207.

    Sandra a very special person had many roles in mine.. coworker, boss, friend… even mother role at times, have know her since 1988 will always have a special place in my heart.
    An amazing compassionate advocate for the the elderly, disabled the most vulnerable of individuals.
